Don't vote for Gary Coleman

Just saw the show "State of Confusion" on TechTV today.

It featured an interview with Gary Coleman. When asked about the RIAA lawsuits he said that he fully supports it and, "the fine should be larger and prison sentence be longer."

He also referred to downloaded with "[an] old fashioned term, it's called THEFT." In addition to that, his plan for fighting crime is to put in gun in every home. Wow!

Vote and buy independent music.

He's probably saying this because the RIAA donated $75 toward his campaign and gave him 6 payments on his 1994 Kia.

I read something to the effect that Gov. Gray (a.k.a. "Red") Davis is more or less in the pockets of the Mass Media Oligarchy, a.k.a. the Multinational Entertainment-Media Complex, thus he's more likely than not to toe their dictatorial, Stalinist party line on P2P. And of all those other candidates who are running, the bribes, er contributions are split -- again, more or less -- towards Ah-nold Schwarzenegger and Arianna "Don't you like my Zsa Zsa Gabor accent?" Huffington.

But as for Mr. Coleman: This, from a guy who was on a famed TV sitcom which had one co-star who had various legal troubles over the years (though this co-star has since sobered up), and another who now lies six feet under.

Maybe Coleman is looking to join his old buddies?

So Schwarzenhoffer and Huffingaton are out, great. Now I don't know WHO to root for.

'When asked about the RIAA lawsuits he (Gary Coleman) said that he fully supports it and, "the fine should be larger and prison sentence be longer."'

Ironic that shrimpy Gary Coleman should recommend that something be larger (I won't even comment about the "longer" part, lest my post turn into a hate post).

What a nut!!! Put a gun in every home??? Dude some people should not have guns!!! I don't just mean criminals. I mean people that would blow their own foot off just putting it away. And yes the use of the word theft when describing copyright infringement is a sure sign of ignorance. He takes a very bold position. Probably because he has no clue what he is really dealing with. I would ask him to show reason and proof to his claims but he would probably just ignore me and send a form letter thanking me for expressing my opinion.

I used to like Gary when he was younger. Now he's just being very bitter over everything.

Give Cary Sue a gun. Hopefully he'll be examining it and pull the trigger when looking down the barrell..

Here's a quick answer to your problem.

Run for Senator/Represenative/President yourself and use the internet to reach people(voters)

Tired of the political machine, use the internet to take the United Staes back from the politicians and the corporations and put the power where it really belongs

Cary Coleman is a bitter litter bastard... The guy hasn't gotten laid in like 15 years... I saw him on star dates and he seems to be a little jerk off anyhow! I hope the little puke buys the farm!

If anyone actually lives in California... vote for Jack Grisham. He is running for Gov and he's the lead singer of TSOL. Yes, the same band that wrote such classics as "Abolish All Government" and "Code Blue". For those of you who haven't heard "Code Blue", it is about necrophilia. I'm almost certain that he supports online music because he is quite dependant on it. A hardcore punker and a candidate of choice. Well, mine anyway. Actually, vote for who ever you want. Just vote.

The worse thing is that if Gary catches some guy downloading, he'll probably bite off his balls or something...

True not everyone should own a firearm, but no one should be barred from doing so if they see a need. That's freedom, and isn't that what this site's (and more imporatantly, this country) all about?
The media played a big part in iditotic scare tactics aimed at the ignorant on that issue, mainly during the Klinton years. Sadly, it was quite effective.
