Trying to regulate a community such as
gnutella is a paradoxical ideal.
And what's with all this bullshit about the
"Misappropriation of gnutella2.com"? This is
a contradiction in terms because you can't
misappropriate gnutella, or anything
intrinsically related to it.
How can anyone, for instance, say that
stealing the gnutella logo is wrong, or even
stealing? It's a logical absurdity when
viewed in the context of gnutella.
I would expect more from a developer.

information", and "open source", how can
anyone who claims to be "for it", say that
doing so is wrong? Regardless of the
