I have done a remix of a song by backstreet boys. The only part that's theirs is the vocal samples, all the instruments and arrangement is mine. What is your call on this, upload or no upload? If no upload, what about uploading a sample without their vocals?

What if it's music that is from a show, but you're playing it? Say, you have a synthesizer and you hook it up, and record a theme song that you, yourself, is playing into it. Would that be allowed?

Yeah but when we catch them we delete the artist account, then next time disable the user account. We constantly roam the site looking for illegal music. Today I've deleted about 20 so called "artists" Playing someone elses music and singing rapping rhyming whatever over it is not a new creation. Unless you have permission from the original label or artist, and fax it to us before uploading it will be deleted.
What we find out could hurt you.
