Until now, most of the buzz concerning online music entertainment has been related to MP3 swapping services and Internet radio stations, but HC Reality Enterprises, the company which owns and operates Hardcore Jukebox, has been exploring new territory in the form of an online jukebox.

The player interface also allows users to choose a target bit rate depending on the speed of their internet connection, gives them artist and song info, allows them to purchase the album of the currently played song, and entertains them with a mesmerizing visual display and graphic equalizer presentation. The site also offers a choice of skins, which add to the overall experience and distinction of Hardcore Jukebox.

Hardcore Jukebox is the first site to utilize technology known as Flash Streaming Audio. The technology converts Flash files into pure streaming audio data. The result is superior sound quality and performance. Currently, users can enjoy Hardcore Jukebox free of charge. Although, Teleposky states, "In the near future, our company has plans to launch a separate premium service for a fee that will offer even more interactivity on the part of users."
