Blacklite District released their debut single(s) "Promise Land" w/ "Better Just Beware" to iTunes and all major digital retailers in February of this year. After much hype for a full-length album by the band, it seems as if that's not a plan yet.. Blacklite District, who signed with Deeper Entertainment (Rapid City, SD) in the summer of 2008, will be releasing new music this summer, but not a full length CD. It's looking like the band is going to release a "set" of new singles, comparable to how singles used to be released on vinyl .45s, but digitally.
After hearing much rumour and speculation, it seems that might be true. Blacklite District, nor Deeper Entertainment have announced anything as of yet, but be on the watch!
