Creed's lead man Scott Stapp and guitarist Mark Tremonti are heading back to the drawing board together, beginning work on the following album to the bands 1999 release Human Clay.

The duo stated that they plan on spending at least 4 days a week hammering out lyrics for the new album in an attempt to out do their previous offerings, which is not a simple task to say the least.

The band is planning on starting in the studio in the summer, and is aiming for a October or November release for the new album.

Oh great, another album that sounds like the 2nd one which sounded like the 1st one. Creed write the odd good song but really their stuff is very samey. They should cut loose a little and experiment.

Can't wait to hear how the new album turns out. Loved Creed since their first album, "My Own Prison." I've seen them in concert, and gotta say they totally rock!

I am so sick of Creed. You can't get more "record industry" than these guys. They are kings of overplay. I hope to god they change their sound.

"Arms Wide Open" is one of the more positive songs I have heard in sometime, and I respect the hell out of his talent.

Maybe you didn't know that Creed does not have any position over radio playing time. Once they release the song, any station can play it as many times as they want. They do have talent, just remember, repetetion is not their fault.

I like CREED and all but they need to put something out more like their first album, they are getting to much in to the religous side of their music keep the religion but up the sound like the 1st album.

i adore creed and i like booth albums.but i think they need be more on the rock side as in there first album.there second album is great but it is to aribic like medevil music. but if they produce a more rock album they would be more likely to be popular.
