Most people who live on Jane-Finch don't have nice pianos or the amount of art and decoration seen in this movie. Looks more 'burbs than ghetto to me

Still, this guy is well known and respected in the area and that area is seriously bad/depressing, really the whole thing should be bulldozed and rebuilt from scratch. It's not quite on a par with some US ghettos but is getting worse every year. And they are tearing down Regent Park which is probably the worst project in Toronto.
