Saw the Delaware show; you guys worked hard and were jamming yer asses off only to have the whole show ruined by a def audio engineer with a ego problem. Everyone there was telling him how bad the sound was (no high end, couldn't hear John's vocals or the harp etc..) and he was too arrogent to do anything about it. Loose the soundman guys and we'll try to catch yer act again

Hey Anonymous #1 - we post all setlists for the current tour on BluesTraveler.Net at www.bluestraveler.net/tourdate.html.
Anonymous #2 - icast uses gigmania.com's listings, which are good but have been wrong in the past. According to Bettie Serveert's web site, they'll be in Holland in November, and Live isn't on the road in November at all...

Saw the Delaware show too. The sound was terrible. No highs or midrange. Alot of muddled bass. Thought it was me standing at the side, but then I went to the soundboard straight away and it didn't sound any better. Left after a few tunes.

My son and I were at the Charlotte show last night (1000 capacity venue). Our long wait has obviously provided the band a chance to step back and look at their music (and health, way to go John!!!). Ben is a godsend for the band, but turn his volume up a bit. Tad proved himself throughout musically especially on mofo, mulling it over, and mtn cry. As a whole the sound was great. Rage is a very well composed song.
In '93 I missed the opportunity to see them at a joint this size and was kicking myself ever since. THANKYOU for this mini venue tour!!!
Very nice of you guys to sign and hang out afterwards.

Checked ya'll out at the Tremont in Charlotte. Brico and Son were right in front, way to go Dad! What a nice show it was, sound was tough at times and yes, turn Ben on up a notch on those keyz. Rage was a niceun', Tad is keeping that backbone nice and funked up, nice to see Chan and Tad trading grins as Chan burned up the strings. Popper, lookin' good and Brendon kept that perfect beat. Welcome back BT, good to have you on the scene again! Big Red, Charlotte

Was at the Delaware show. Right at the stage in front of John. Ditto on the High end. Could hear John fine but turn up Ben's keys. Could hardly hear him during his Crash burn and MF solos.
Side note, the girlies are digging Tad. I home they can get by the GQ look long enough to hear the kick ass bass.

The HOB show last night was just wonderful and I'm still singing Gina, Stand, Sweet Pain, But Anyway, NYC etc.... I once saw you guys, I believe, 96/97, New Years Eve at Madison Square Garden and you guys only get better.
Your new bass(6 string!!) player Tad and, Ben, the MAN on the keys (those solos were just rad) are just some terribly talented musicians and they really fit that BT glove well.
Just had a great time and it was great to see you guys once again and I will always spend my hard earned money on BT shows and music.
Thank you BT (from the guy about 2 rows out screaming for you to play stand...sorry I was a little excited)

Hello, I was at your show last night at the HOB in Myrtle Beach, SC. I want to thank you guys for an awsome concert. Your concert was extra special tome because the tickets were a gift from a very good friend, who gave them to me after he found out that my father was killed by a drunk driver (a month ago last night). He knew how much of a fan I am (I also play the harmonica and was attempting to teach my friend), and wanted me and my wife to have a good time. Tanks BT! But mostly thank you Randy Litman!

Everything is going well, I want to thank John for throwing a harp my way and signing autrographs for my cousin to give to me. I also want to thank Chan for always making eye contact with me, it was great I knew right when the handclaps came in and everything and I think he was impressed. WOW! What a lucky person I am! Just recently moved to Birmingham in July and to my surprise, my husband and I have had the privaledge of seeing you guys not Once but Twice in the Month of October!!! And the 2nd best part was for a total of $10! Nothing can beat that. The Mercedez Show was awesome and left me drooling for more (since it was about 1hr 15mins)! I'm used to 3hr BT shows hehe =) The new guys ROCK! (Ben and Tad) Good picks JPop! Last night we caught the FREE show at UA ... WOW! Loved everything about it ... And yes I realize you all had to play to the Bama crowd ... That was the only time I ever enjoyed listening to Sweet Home Alabama HAHA! Always love the way you all interweave songs ... all GREAT bands do that so well (Dead,Phish,BT,DMB) We have also had the luck to be right up by the stage for these 2 shows. Closest we have ever been to you guys! As far as catching a harmonica ... our luck has sucked! We have always been on the opposite side of the stage where you(JPop) have thrown them. boohoo One day! *dreams of catching one* How awesome it would be! Thanks for the fun guys and the ear for listening!

the Pittsburgh show rocked, what a beautiful night. I want to thank the band for making my years as a traveler well worth it. After all this time I finally had a chance to meet the band and i was taken aback by the kindness, sincerity and most of all how HUMBLE they all were. Your music continues to touch my soul and even more now that I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet you guys. I would be awesome to sit down and have a beer with you guys and hear the stories behind the songs. JP you look awesome keep up the good work. And the band could not sound better. It sounds different w/ the keys but in a good way. I would have loved to hear Mtn Cry @ the pittsburgh show but the bottom line is it was some good old fashioned Blues traveler, the sound that I fell in love with 11 years ago. Keep it up guys, and thank you so much for how you treat you fans. words simply can't express. "we're so damn good that we try to lose" w/ that mentality we will be hearing BT for years to comr. THANK YOU!!!!!

Guys, I have been a fan since waaaaayyy back in the days of the first album, when I was telling EVERYONE how great you were, and that it was a crime that the trax werent being played on the radio. It took a few years but I knew I was right when I originally said if they just played But Anyway on the radio a few times, I wouldnt be the only one walking around whistling that tune.
Well its been awhile since you have played in RI or MA, and you have no dates for us on this leg of the tour...... we miss you greatly. I know some old haunts in Providence like the Campus Club are no longer around, but they just renamed it as Lupo's, so pleeeaaassee come on by.

Well, I regret what I had done at the HORDE festival show in Holmdel, New Jersey, on July 31, 1998. I met John Popper right after he was guest starring with the band "King Norris" and we were walking around together just chattng about whatever came to mind... I knew he was a great musician, but not all great musicians are as nice as John to their fans and especially take the time to get to know them and spend time with them.
Well, this was before the "break" and before John had his health problems... so he had been bumming cigarettes off of me. I totally regret doing that, and I cannot express how happy I am to hear about his great great health and I'm proud that he did not give up in trying to get in shape. I knew he could do it. Keep up the great work Blues Traveler, God Bless all of you and your fans!

Dear Blues Traveler,
I've been a fan of the band sence Hook came out, but what got me to start listening to your music is what a friends brother said. I came out of shop class and Tie (my buddy Woodstocks brother) saw me and thought I was John Popper. I've been told that the resimblence is uncanney. Oh, my question is, Are you going to tour Oklahoma any time in the future.
Thanks,
Your Fan
Christopher T. Westmoreland

Yo, I so you guys at Gettysburg College, and it was slick as anything. Tad and Ben are fittin in well, its like blending Chan's hard rock, John's blues, Tad's funk, Ben's soul, and Ben's whatever. The cover of no woman no cry was unbelievable. Thanks Chan for throwing your first pick my way, you guys are my heroes, including bobby (god bless him).

What's up with the Black Cat Bash? I've been making it my birthday pilgrimage since 92/93 (except Chicago & Miami).
