We have been able to get them restored through a Data Recovery Center, but at a whopping cost of over $4,000! We have been putting in a lot of resources to rebuilding and expanding DMusic, including hiring more staff, and new servers, but now we need your help.

Okay so I subscribed again today...but never got an email from DM with the activation code. I know of at least two other people who are still waiting for their activation codes too. So... I mean, its a great deal on the subscriptions but where are the emails with the codes?

I followed the instructions and attempted to sign in to my DM store account to get the code. Forgot my password...so I sent a request to get the password so I could log in and get the code. Never got the email with the password confirmation so...can't get the code... so can't activate.

I'll make sure this is follwed up. Thanks!

ok, so I paid for a subscription about 2 days ago, and I'm still waiting for my activation code
