7 days until the official release date of deviantart.com. Since we unofficially opened on August 7th, we have received alot of support from the community. We hope that our official release will only increase our backing. While threats came in the beginning that the community would not respond well, we feared that we would not catch on as quickly as we did. Thanks to the hard work and determination of all the dmusic/devart admins, we have grown by leaps and bounds. Our future is very bright and I can't wait to show you all what we have in store. Keep submitting and reviewing and we'll keep the site fresh with news, cool features, and tons of help. Thank you all again!

DevArt is a great compliment to the skinning and desktop mods community. It has its own personality, and offers a friendly climate for artists to express their art forms. AVS presets may be my game, but I enjoy all the Deviant's creations. Super job to everybody involved.

i think two of the things that makes DeviantArt a great site is A) a great sense of community, and B) exclusive wallpapers you just can't find on those other big sites.
