The RIAA are a bunch of whiny maggots. Naw. They just don't get it. They just love to toy around with the public at large with which they know nothing about. Why? One must ask why do they do so! My belief is that they are skinny chicken scaredy cats from outerspace without vision or focus! They think the only universal law is to get or begetten or be begotten. They use anti-law methods to destruct mechanisms of thought processes that beget misbehavioral problems in America. DRM (digital rights management) does not, will not, and has not ever worked! Zune is demonstrative of that! The only reason they sue people is to get money to extort further! The RIAA is guilty of slander, miscommunication, bullshit artistry and the like! Draconian laws make for evil misuse of the beaurocratic system of bologna! Why do they think they can control a system that has freed itself through digitilization! If a file can be freely transfered, or recorded in real time, it can therefore never be prevented from being shared or duplicated! Fair-use also comes into play with music! The pirated music, the free distribution of compact discs, is totally illegal, and should be considered unlawful! Why we are still bickering about it, going back and forth, through the legal profession, is beyond me!
