DMusic's Steven Davies Featured in Movie Soundtrack

An indie movie, currently with a working title of Cerebral Sin, will feature Steven Davies' spine chilling song entitled Damned in Eternity.

The project is the work of young indie movie producer and director Andrew Thatcher (Thatcher Productions). It is a macabre and psychological thriller that, according to Thatcher, will " throw the audience in a cat and mouse game, not knowing who to trust or whom the next victim will be".

The story involves a police officer who retires after failing to catch a mass murderer. However he returns and joins forces with the new officer on the case after the killings start again.

Steven Davies is a versatile songwriter from Australia whose music ranges from offbeat and quirky to shockingly disturbing. Some of his songs tackle the darker corners of the mind in a unique and direct style, so he would seem the obvious choice for such a project. But how did Thatcher discover his music?

This week Stephen told me that Thatcher "came across my music from my reputation on the local indie scene here in Sydney. He asked me recently if he could make a clip for one or some of my songs. I gave him a disk".

It seems that Stephen made quite an impact. Yet another success for a much loved DMusic artist! Find out more here:

Hyper Awesome!
It's actually a D.I.E. song. Blue did the music, I remixed it and added the "Damned in Eternity" whisper, but that's still freakin cool. When's it coming out? Hyper
