Hope we have a DM shopping cart soon I want a subscription, a DM hat and several artists' cds without having to go via paypal Reckon if we can make it hassle-free then more money will come rolling in.

recentely added, we do have a cart where you can buy a subscription while avoiding paypal. merch will be available via this cart soon.

What's wrong with paypal?

Some people don't like to use it, there are plenty of reasons i am sure, gotta have more options open for the paying public

Paypal? A lot of ppl have reported problems in using them - a whole range of things. For this reason, and security reasons, I like to know exactly who I'm dealing with. If there's a problem or breach of security I don't want to have to resolve it through a third person. I'd rather deal directly with DM if possible. I've had experience of other sites who had their own shopping cart - much easier and quicker to use - and they were able to swiftly sort out any blips that occurred

I signed up for the dmusic store and tried to purchase a subscription using the c/c system but it declined all my credit cards even though I checked with the c/c issuers who confirmed I had more than sufficient funds and no holds so they were puzzled as to why I would be declined.

So Larry and admins, please note I will subscribe when you this facility is working. Living in Canada I can't send you a cdn dollar check. Paypal is a nightmare, will not use it(and can not due to incompetence from paypal not allowing me to register my check a/c as it is a jnt a/c with the wife who already registered it, plus rude agents who put you onhold for 30 mins then cut you off) for the same reason I can't donate. btw I just bought something online elsewhere with my c/c which keeps being declined by your system no probs...

we're looking into it. The cart has been working fine for other people, so hopefully we'll be able to fix this soon.

I brought up the same issue as leeds earlier this month, and was told (by tracy, I think?) that the non-PayPal credit card subscription dealie wasn't up and running yet.

It should be up now...
