...hey, I'm sorry BUT the LAST entertaining thing to me that I saw/heard on eMTv or VH1 actually WAS a stupid Spice-Girls video.
HELL YEAH, of COURSE there was even BETTER stuff from years before...
BUT...

Grown up men. Those girls are (...and WERE) grandma's compared to the current RIAA & Industry offerings.

I'm not sure age has anything to do with it..There are 50 year old woman out there that look and dress like 19 somethings...I think make-up, fashion exercise, and diet, while they all play a good part in all of this, there is still nothing that tops a great plastic surgeon....

(1) The Ultimate Hero Levi Haddix has not been introduced to public yet...
(2) because our "heros" arent heros.. they are superstars ppl look up to as ppl they wish they could be.

ok, I'll 'fess up. I watched that damn concert they put on from Turkey only because my daughter wanted to see it. it was better than anything ashley simpson has come up with. it wasn't as good as seeing ann margaret in las vegas.

OK, I used to listen to Abba and Gentle Giant once in a while. :-0 No way will I cop to the Spice Girls, though.

Hey, Shmoo, this thread was actually great as a kind of entertaining departure from the serious stuff.
And, since a few of us have made a few confessions, here's one from me:
I was curious about the Spice songs mentioned by Bufo, so I took an opportunity to listen to "Viva Forever". Believe it or not, I like it!
