I see each of those bold headings using jscript or something to allow them to be easily collabsable/expandable to clean up the interface a lot.
For both the flash player and podcast pages, I see a popup which has options to enable/disable these features, along with the front page option. In this popup is a list of all songs along with checkboxes to add/remove the songs, along with arrows to change the order.
In fact, you could remove the "flash player" and "podcast" options from individual songs and just use one interface like I suggested.
Also, with reordering tracks - I see a similar interface. A popup with a list of all songs in each folder, with up/down arrows for each song to move it up down on the fly, again using jscript or the like.
Another suggestion - a 'help' button that opens up a popup (i'm using popups so much because we don't want the user to navagate away from the page he's currently on) with a screenshot of the interface which you can click on each item to get a description of it.
Also, you should get rid of the link to "File Manager" and just have the "Music" and "Pictures" links. Or, make the root file manager page a bit... snazzier.
This would probably take a ton of work, but it's what I think would look best.

Hmm... perhaps to keep the page from 'jumping' as you open/close the heading, you could allow only one to be open at a time?
I'll post more as ideas come.

Continue to give us as many options as possible, but overall, whatever you do, KEEP IT SIMPLE!
(leflaw, IMHO you should use your "feature article" button or do the old "time-warp" trick on this article to keep it near the top of the front page. It takes time to get folks to respond to something like this, especially at a place like Dmusic where there are so many other things to do/hear/see.)

Maybe have buttons rather than word links, it would certainly make it easier for the novices about! possibly an idiots guide as a pop up or welcom screen on your first visit to the page?! and the added option via button to open it again at a later point?
What do you think?

With the interface that I made, when you hold the mouse over each icon, it could say something like this.
Active Icons = click to deactivate
Inactive Icons = click to activate
Image = Upload Image for track
Genre = Change track's genre
Update = Upload new version of track
Flash Player = Add track to flash playlist
Podcast = Add track to podcast playlist
Info = Update track information
Clip = Create snippet of track
ID3 Tag = Re-tag Mp3's header
License = Add a copyright
Move = Change track's folder
Feature = Highlight you favorite track
Delete = Remove track from dmusic
Arrow up = Move track up
Arrow down = Move track down
and if you have icons in the active column, the track wouldn't be live.

Here's a larger image of that monster module you chose. I shoulda took five seconds and branded the Dmusic logo onnit. Here's a question, why not put Fender (Spinal tap louder-than-10) classic ridged knobs onnit.

Lots of people like to participate in making their own skins, for example, Firefox extensions as well as yr favorite oldie, Shoutcast.
Make the template available maybe? That's a question for Fu-Doggie.
