Ah this island nation, with the square footage of Illinois and just as much charm. A place where you'd be in the minority if you hadn't had a fag or two in your teenage years, where you regularly ate faggots and spotted dick in school, and where you'd be considered strange if you didn't wear your pants under your trousers. A place where bollocks are bad, but dog’s bollocks are good. This once great empire that stretched from Australia to America, from India to Ipswitch, and everywhere in between (btw someone forgot to tell Tony Blair the days of the empire are gone). A place which, despite all that, still managed to bring you Queen, The Sex Pistols, David Bowie, The Who, The Beatles, Radiohead, The Bee Gees, Oasis, Coldplay and the Spice Girls to name but a few. A place so great, they had to call it "Great Britain".
