I believe a successful artist is always persistent and never gives up no matter what people may say or do or care what other people think. No one else's opinion matters at the end of the day but yours. So by keeping that in mind you can only take positive or negative criticism and use that as fuel for writing and make fools out of people who doubt you.

First of all define "sucessful artist" if is is successful he prob would not give up. That ends that back to square one! #1 he must be successful in order not to give up!
I'm not complaining just trying to understand! To be successful you got to have a lot of shit going for you! it takes alot of patience, persistence, training, physical endourance, youth, and most of all financial capital! for learning etc etc does this place offer any of that? I can that hear a DMUSIC you can find other artists maybe to colab with a chance for agents to hear your music even if they read your negative reviews! and get some good info from time to time. I wonder if anyone makes any money here! just a lot of hipe. Lots of population nowadays I wonder I elvis would be sucessful today?

Great that you would post this on the day I am pulling up here. I guess my stats don't lie, I have a couple of downloads a few listens and some bad comments. I have better reviews at Acid Planet the artists their are more into the music I play. To bad that that prejudice still exists in todays world. Birds of a feather flock together.

Sucess can be defined differantly by differant people. Im happy, hope your happy too. Even the rich and famous may stop having fun at what they're doing.
