On January 20, 2005 Milton Keys released his debut single, Beside the Still Waters. The twenty year old composer, writer, producer, and director has over come staggering obstacles to achieve his goals. Milton has a disability called cerebral palsy which infects his fine motor skills, yet this has not stop him from achieving numerous accolades. Beginning with his first composition, Medieval Jazz, Milton received recognition for is work. The piece won awards on the local, state, and national level and is loved by all who hear and or perform it. Milton is also an award winning teacher, as co-director and composer for the 2003 Indiana State Champion Entry for Oscar Mayer’s School House Jam Talent Search Contest.
Beside the Still Waters has already received critical acclaim as Milton was finalist in the prestigious prelude awards, put on by the Indianapolis Children’s Museum.
