Tom Miller, Chicago Artist and Musician has been commissioned by Gainesville, Florida Playwright, Shamrock McShane to compose music for his new play, The Votive Pit.

The ART will kick off the new year with a controversial, comic and chilling look at the public school system by local middle school teacher, playwright, and actor Shamrock McShane. Another local teacher, writer, and actor, William Eyerly will direct McShane's Votive Pit on the theatre's main stage opening January 6, 2005. In the true spirit of art imitating life, the play highlights actual events direct from the author's own experiences with the local school system.
