toobad imesh sucks though, Shareaza or death.
except maybe good gnucDNA clients (Gnucleus)
imesh has had support for/ using GnucDNA for a while, almost 6 months. It's already been almost two years with G2, that's stange, now it seems though that shareaza is slowly dieing with the absence of Mike, and Dmusic is also sort of dying, the community isn't how it used to be, not as big as i remember it being some time befor.

Oh, Mike is still around, just not being as open since the GDF as bashed him. I was working with Bearshare on a bug in a beta and it was Shareaza related. I told the raza team bout it and Mike him self made a comment. G2 is losing is shine, cause its not that great, and G1 is increasing at increadible speeds. Limewires net stats are showing 1,000,000 people online right now and they're still under counting. The GDF as been quite reicently, but trust me, they are alive and well. Were just focusing on enhancing the software, and not fighting for our lives cause of Groksters victory. The community is slightly divided but were still here. And I'm still boycotting the RIAA but the MPAA is still getting some of my money. Its really hard to stop them, but they don't get much from me.

So what exactly is iMesh-Light? Is it an official version of iMesh, a hacked version like Kazaa Lite, or a reimplementation based on reverse engineering like Mldonkey, Trillian, and GAIM are?

For the warning about this program, since it is still in the "BETA" and is not a finished product, we feel a need to post a warning. After the program goes final then the warning will be removed. The main reason for this warning is that the product was released about the same time as Service Pack 2 which was causing problems with this program. iMesh-Light was developed by Sebas from Holland as is an unofficial altered version of iMesh. Just meaning that the bad spyware and adware programs are removed with the full function of iMesh but with added options and tools.
There is a final iMesh-Light 4 version released but with only FastTrack support.
