Long before "Pop Idol", "American Idol", and this recent attempt to remake "The Partridge Family", a couple of loyal DMusic members just KNEW that vocal pop music was about more than just singing somebody elses' songs... and found independent artists who were writing, playing, arranging, and producing independent pop music that sent shivers down their spines...
So, fans that they were, Ebarbarella and I joined forces, scoured DMusic for a rich blend of the genre, which runs the gamut from sixties style Beatlesque tunes, to harder rock and alternative songs, to cutting edge experimental electronica... If it had good singing and good playing, it went into the station... and we think it rocks!
