In the continuing quest to explore the tonal differences encountered by the average human hearing range,occasionally there occurs a rift between what is considered to be "normal and pleasant" and, "dissonant and grating".
Some of the most interesting and musically appealing sounds to experience are the ones that might be classified as "dis-harmonic"
it's this "gray area" that seems to dominate the recent offerings by john p.lyons (aka justinother1).both are pleasant experiments in tonality,perpetrated by none other than john,himself(himself,alone).
"That's Why Not,...Damnitt" is pretty much self-explanatory.
"Inside Outfluences" also stands,as a statement (although,i'm not really sure what that statement is.....)
