4/11/04 - Hip-Hop songwriter/producer Druu has stepped in front of the mic and released his CD single "Get Rid of Your Bush." Starting with the thought that the brainiac in the White House seems to have been named after a patch of pubic hair, "Get Rid of Your Bush" combines chunky beats, fistfuls of satire and opinion and a few little pubic references to create a hip-hop anthem for political change during the 2004 election season that is both fun and a call to action.

Also included on the CD is the Weapons of Mass Destruction Remix of "Get Rid of Your Bush" with its darker, grungier groove and reminders of the big manipulation (lie?) that pushed our nation to war in Iraq. Both the original and remix versions of "Get Rid of Your Bush" are anchored by head-bobbin' beats, so as a bonus, instrumental tracks of both versions round out the CD.
