I think it's the same story from yesterday. I did a search on the CRIA at newsfactor and that was the only one that came up.

I can't believe more people aren't making a bigger deal about the decision in Canada and the one in Florida! I doubt precedents set in Canadian courts would have much influence here, especially since the laws are different, but this is indeed encouraging news for file sharers.

I firmly believe that if you're not selling illegal copies of something, then it isn't piracy/illegal.
