I'm personally not a fan of Howard Stern, but I wasn't very "shocked" at what I saw in the transcript. I do agree however that they should not have been discussing in detail such acts. Children listen to radio, the also watch TV. I'm glad the FCC stepped up and shut Stern down.

I know how most of you guys think that censorship is wrong, but if put to good use, it comes in handy every once in a while. Censorship can be used to stop things such as RIAA Lawsuits... Let's censor the word "litigation" from all official documents. That will stop em!

Carla, EXACTLY!!! This is total bullshit by the FCC, they are arbitrarily handing out fines on something that has yet to even be defined, either by the FCC or the courts!

The poor FCC folks are just tryin to make some money.

The FCC won;t let us be..they just trying ta shut us down on MTV. They are just performing their own version of suing and extortion to get more cash in their pockets.
